Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 12811

Sayyiduna Ubadah bin al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) was asked about seeking permission before entering houses, and he said: "Whoever's gaze enters before he has sought permission and given salam, then there remains no permission, and that person has disobeyed his Lord."
Imam al-Tabarani recorded it. The narrator Ishaq bin Yahya did not live in the time of Sayyiduna Ubadah (may Allah be pleased with him). The remaining narrators of this report are thiqat (trustworthy).
