وَعَنْ سَلَّامَةَ بِنْتِ أَبْجَرَ قَالَتْ : سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - يَقُولُ : " فِي ثَقِيفٍ كَذَّابٌ وَمُبِيرٌ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ نِسْوَةٌ مَسَاتِيرُ .
Sayyidah Sallamah bint Abjar (may Allah be pleased with her) says: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "In the tribe of Thaqif there will be a liar (that is, a false claimant to prophethood) and a person who sheds much blood."
