Majma al-Zawaid 12208 — One who neither enjoins good nor forbids evil

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The righteous will depart and the people of doubt will remain, who will not recognise good as good and will not regard munkar (evil) as munkar.
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
