وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " فُرِغَ لِابْنِ آدَمَ مِنْ أَرْبَعٍ : الْخَلْقُ ، وَالْخُلُقُ ، وَالرِّزْقُ ، وَالْأَجَلُ " .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عِيسَى بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ الْبَجَلِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ عِنْدَ الْجُمْهُورِ ، وَوَثَّقَهُ الْحَاكِمُ ، وَالدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ فِي سُنَنِهِ ، وَضَعَّفَهُ فِي غَيْرِهَا .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عِيسَى بْنُ الْمُسَيَّبِ الْبَجَلِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ عِنْدَ الْجُمْهُورِ ، وَوَثَّقَهُ الْحَاكِمُ ، وَالدَّارَقُطْنِيُّ فِي سُنَنِهِ ، وَضَعَّفَهُ فِي غَيْرِهَا .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Four things concerning the human being have already been settled: outward form and appearance, character, provision and death."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Isa bin al-Musayyab al-Bajali, who is da'if (weak) according to the majority; al-Hakim (may Allah have mercy on him) and al-Daraqutni (may Allah have mercy on him) in his Sunan declared him thiqah (trustworthy), while in other books he declared him da'if (weak).
