Book of Divine Decree
بَابٌ فِيمَا سَبَقَ مِنَ اللَّهِ - سُبْحَانَهُ - فِي عِبَادِهِ وَبَيَانِ أَهْلِ الْجَنَّةِ وَأَهْلِ النَّارِ .
What Allah has decreed beforehand for His servants, and the people of Paradise and the people of the Fire

وَعَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي الْقَبْضَتَيْنِ : " هَؤُلَاءِ لِهَذِهِ وَهَؤُلَاءِ لِهَذِهِ " ، قَالَ : فَتَفَرَّقَ النَّاسُ وَهُمْ لَا يَخْتَلِفُونَ فِي الْقَدَرِ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الصَّغِيرِ ، وَرِجَالُ الْبَزَّارِ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) reports from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "Allah Almighty said about the two handfuls: 'These people are for this (that is, Paradise), and these people are for that (that is, Hell).'" The narrator says: Then the people dispersed, and they did not dispute about the decree (al-qadar).
Al-Bazzar recorded it, and al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Saghir; the narrators of al-Bazzar are the narrators of the Sahih.
