Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Surah al-Ikhlas is equal to one third of the Qur'an."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy), though there is disagreement about some of them.
