Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 11536

Sayyiduna Ibn al-Daylami (may Allah be pleased with him), the nephew of the Negus, who served the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever recites Surah al-Ikhlas one hundred times, in prayer or outside of prayer, Allah Almighty will record for him freedom from Hell."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Muhammad bin Qudamah al-Jawhari, who is da'if (weak).
