وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ وَيَمْنَعُونَ الْمَاعُونَ قَالَ : الْعَارِيَةُ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates (Allah Almighty says): "And they withhold small articles of use." Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: It refers to giving a thing on loan for temporary use.
