Sayyiduna Sa'sa'ah bin Mu'awiyah (may Allah be pleased with him), the paternal uncle of al-Farazdaq, narrates that he came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) recited this verse to him: "Whoever does an atom's weight of good will see it (its reward), and whoever does an atom's weight of evil will see it (its recompense)." Sayyiduna Sa'sa'ah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: This is enough for me; I do not mind if I hear nothing besides it.
Ahmad and al-Tabarani recorded it both mursal and muttasil (that is, in both ways), and the narrators of all of them are the narrators of the Sahih.
