Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: I said: "O Messenger of Allah! Your hair is turning white quickly." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Surah al-Waqi'ah, Surah al-Naba' and Surah al-Takwir have made me old."
Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and Abu Ya'la recorded something similar, adding the words: "and Surah Hud." Its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except that Abu Ya'la said: It is reported from Ikrimah that Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "I asked the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him)," and the narrator Ikrimah did not live in the time of Sayyiduna Abu Bakr (may Allah be pleased with him). The various chains of this narration have already been given in the chapter on Surah Hud.
