قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى : يَخْرُجُ مِنْهُمَا اللُّؤْلُؤُ وَالْمَرْجَانُ .

عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ : الْمَرْجَانُ : الْخَرَزُ الْأَحْمَرُ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ عَنْ شَيْخِهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Marjan is a red-coloured precious stone.
Al-Tabarani recorded it from his teacher Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Sa'id bin Abi Maryam, who is da'if (weak).
