Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: In the Days of Ignorance, "exchange" (badal) was that a man would say to another man: "Exchange your wife with me and I will exchange my wife with you", that is, you separate from your wife for my sake and I will separate from my wife for your sake. So Allah Almighty revealed this verse about it: "Nor is it permissible for you to exchange them for other wives (to take into your marriage), even if their beauty pleases you." Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Once Uyaynah bin Hisn al-Fazari came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) while Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) was with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). He came in without asking permission, so the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) asked him: "Why did you not ask permission?" He said: "O Messenger of Allah! By Allah, since I grew up I have never asked permission of any man of the tribe of Mudar to enter." Then he asked: "Who is this fair woman beside you?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "This is Aishah, the Mother of the Believers." He said: "Shall I not separate, for your sake, from a woman who is the most beautiful of creation?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O Uyaynah! Allah Almighty has made that forbidden." When that man left, Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) asked: "Who was this?" The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "He is a fool who is obeyed, and despite the state you have seen him in, he is the chief of his people."
Al-Bazzar recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Ishaq bin Abdullah bin Abi Farwah, who is matruk (abandoned).
