عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْحُسَيْنِ فِي قَوْلِهِ : ( وَامْرَأَةً مُؤْمِنَةً إِنْ وَهَبَتْ نَفْسَهَا لِلنَّبِيِّ ) أَنَّ أُمَّ شَرِيكٍ الْأَزْدِيَّةَ الَّتِي وَهَبَتْ نَفْسَهَا لِلنَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
Sayyiduna Imam Zayn al-Abidin (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates regarding this statement of Allah Almighty: (Allah Almighty says:) "And a believing woman, if she gifts herself to the Prophet". Imam Zayn al-Abidin (may Allah be pleased with him) said: Sayyidah Umm Sharik al-Azdiyyah (may Allah be pleased with her) had gifted herself to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him).
