وَعَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ فِي قَوْلِهِ أُولَئِكَ مُبَرَّؤُونَ مِمَّا يَقُولُونَ قَالَ : هَاهُنَا بَرِئَتْ عَائِشَةُ لَهُمْ مَغْفِرَةٌ وَرِزْقٌ كَرِيمٌ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ إِلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ زَيْدِ بْنِ أَسْلَمَ .
Abd al-Rahman bin Zayd bin Aslam, regarding this statement of Allah Almighty, said: (Allah Almighty says:) "Those people are innocent of what they (the others) say." Abd al-Rahman said: Here the innocence of Sayyidah Aishah (may Allah be pleased with her) becomes manifest. (Allah Almighty says:) "For them is forgiveness and noble provision."
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators up to Abd al-Rahman bin Zayd bin Aslam are thiqat (trustworthy).
