29 - 25 - 1 - سُورَةُ النُّورِ قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى : الزَّانِي لَا يَنْكِحُ إِلَّا زَانِيَةً أَوْ مُشْرِكَةً .
Surah al-Nur, and the words of Allah the Exalted: "The fornicator does not marry except a fornicatress or a polytheist woman"

عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو أَنَّ رَجُلًا مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ اسْتَأْذَنَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فِي امْرَأَةٍ يُقَالُ لَهَا أُمُّ مَهْزُولٍ ، كَانَتْ تُسَافِحُ وَتَشْتَرِطُ لَهُ أَنْ تُنْفِقَ عَلَيْهِ ، قَالَ : فَاسْتَأْذَنَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - أَوْ ذَكَرَ لَهُ أَمْرَهَا قَالَ : فَقَرَأَ عَلَيْهِ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : الزَّانِي لَا يَنْكِحُ إِلَّا زَانِيَةً أَوْ مُشْرِكَةً وَالزَّانِيَةُ لَا يَنْكِحُهَا إِلَّا زَانٍ أَوْ مُشْرِكٌ . رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ وَالطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْكَبِيرِ وَالْأَوْسَطِ بِنَحْوِهِ ، وَرِجَالُ أَحْمَدَ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated: A man from among the Muslims sought permission from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) to marry a woman called Umm Mahzul, who was a prostitute. The woman had made it a condition for him that she would spend on him. That man sought permission from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), or mentioned the woman's case to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). The narrator said: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) recited this verse to him: "The fornicator will marry none but a fornicatress or a polytheist woman, and none will marry the fornicatress but a fornicator or a polytheist man."
Ahmad recorded it, and Tabarani recorded something similar in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir and al-Mu'jam al-Awsat, and Ahmad's narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
