قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى : وَمَنْ أَعْرَضَ عَنْ ذِكْرِي فَإِنَّ لَهُ مَعِيشَةً ضَنْكًا .
The words of Allah the Exalted: "And whoever turns away from My remembrance, indeed he will have a straitened life"

وَعَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ - فَإِنَّ لَهُ مَعِيشَةً ضَنْكًا قَالَ : عَذَابُ الْقَبْرِ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ الْمَسْعُودِيُّ وَقَدِ اخْتَلَطَ ، وَبَقِيَّةُ رِجَالِهِ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: (Allah Almighty says:) "For him is a life of hardship." Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: It refers to the punishment of the grave.
Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains al-Mas'udi, who suffered confusion (ikhtilat), and the rest of its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
