قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى : وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ غُرُوبِهَا .
The words of Allah the Exalted: "And glorify the praise of your Lord before the rising of the sun and before its setting"

عَنْ جَرِيرٍ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - فِي قَوْلِهِ : ( وَسَبِّحْ بِحَمْدِ رَبِّكَ قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ وَقَبْلَ غُرُوبِهَا ) قَالَ : " قَبْلَ طُلُوعِ الشَّمْسِ : الصُّبْحُ ، وَقَبْلَ غُرُوبِهَا : صَلَاةُ الْعَصْرِ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْعَطَّارُ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Jarir (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) regarding this statement of Allah Almighty: (Allah Almighty says:) "And glorify your Lord with His praise before the rising of the sun and before its setting." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Before the rising of the sun means the Fajr prayer, and before its setting means the Asr prayer."
Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Yahya bin Sa'id al-Attar, who is da'if (weak).
