عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ قَالَ : قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ - : مُسْتَوْدَعُهَا فِي الدُّنْيَا ، وَمُسْتَقَرُّهَا فِي الرَّحِمِ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ ، إِلَّا أَنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ لَمْ يُدْرِكِ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ .
Ibrahim al-Nakha'i narrates: Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: The place of deposit is this world, and the place of settlement means the (mother's) womb.
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih, except that the narrator Ibrahim al-Nakha'i did not live in the time of Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him).
