قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى : رَبَّنَا آمَنَّا فَاكْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشَّاهِدِينَ
The saying of Allah the Exalted: "Our Lord, we have believed, so register us among the witnesses"

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ فِي قَوْلِهِ تَعَالَى : ( رَبَّنَا آمَنَّا فَاكْتُبْنَا مَعَ الشَّاهِدِينَ ) قَالَ : مَعَ مُحَمَّدٍ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - وَأُمَّتِهِ ، فَإِنَّهُمْ شَهِدُوا لَهُ أَنَّهُ قَدْ بَلَّغَ ، وَشَهِدَ لِلرُّسُلِ أَنَّهُمْ قَدْ بَلَّغُوا . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ عَنْ شَيْخِهِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates concerning this saying of Allah Almighty: (Allah Almighty says:) "(They said:) Our Lord, we have believed, so record us among the witnesses." Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: Here "the witnesses" means: record us with Sayyiduna Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) and his Ummah, because they bore witness for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he had conveyed the message, and they bore witness for the Messengers that they had conveyed the message.
Al-Tabarani recorded it from his teacher Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Sa'id bin Abi Maryam, and he is da'if (weak).
