قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى : أَمْ يَحْسُدُونَ النَّاسَ عَلَى مَا آتَاهُمُ اللَّهُ مِنْ فَضْلِهِ
The saying of Allah the Exalted: "Or do they envy people for what Allah has given them of His bounty"

قَالَ ابْنُ عَبَّاسٍ : نَحْنُ النَّاسُ دُونَ النَّاسِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ يَحْيَى الْحِمَّانِيُّ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: "In this verse, 'the people' means us (that is, only the Muslims), not the rest of the people."
