قَوْلُهُ تَعَالَى : وَمَا كَانَ لِنَبِيٍّ أَنْ يَغُلَّ .

عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : وَمَا كَانَ لِنَبِيٍّ أَنْ يَغُلَّ . قَالَ : مَا كَانَ لِنَبِيٍّ أَنْ يَتَّهِمَهُ أَصْحَابُهُ .
رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) said: Allah Almighty says: "It is not fitting for a prophet that he should act unfaithfully." Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "What it means is this: it is not fitting for a prophet that his companions should accuse him."
