Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 10906

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Drowsiness that comes at the time of battle is security from Allah Almighty, and drowsiness that comes during prayer is from Satan."
Al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains Qays bin al-Rabi', whom Shu'bah and others declared thiqah (trustworthy), while a group declared him da'if (weak).
