Majma al-Zawaid 10855 — The saying of Allah the Exalted: "But whoever"

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates regarding this statement of Allah Almighty, (Allah Almighty says:) "And whoever hastens to leave after two days, there is no sin upon him, and whoever delays, there is no sin upon him." Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) says: He will be forgiven.
Al-Tabarani recorded it from his shaykh Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Sa'id bin Abi Maryam, who is da'if (weak).
