Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 10854

Sayyiduna Abdullah bin al-Zubayr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: Previously, people used to rely on one another for provisions for the journey, so Allah Almighty commanded them to take provisions, and said: "Take provisions, but indeed the best provision is taqwa (God-consciousness)."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains a narrator, Abu Sa'id al-Baqqal, who is da'if (weak).
