وَعَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " دِيَةُ الذِّمِّيِّ دِيَةُ الْمُسْلِمِ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ أَبُو كُرْزٍ ، وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ ، وَهَذَا أَنْكَرُ حَدِيثٍ رَوَاهُ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "The blood money of a dhimmi is (equal to) the blood money of a Muslim."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains a narrator, Abu Kurz, who is da'if (weak), and this is the most munkar (denounced) hadith he narrated.
