وَعَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ أَنَّ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ : فِي الْخَطَأِ عِشْرُونَ حِقَّةً ، وَعِشْرُونَ جَذَعَةً ، وَعِشْرُونَ بِنْتَ مَخَاضٍ ، وَعِشْرُونَ ابْنَ مَخَاضٍ ، وَعِشْرُونَ ابْنَةَ لَبُونٍ . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَرِجَالُهُ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ إِلَّا أَنَّ إِبْرَاهِيمَ لَمْ يُدْرِكِ ابْنَ مَسْعُودٍ .
Ibrahim al-Nakha'i narrates that Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "For accidental killing, twenty hiqqah, twenty jadha'ah, twenty bint makhad, twenty ibn makhad and twenty bint labun are to be paid."
Al-Tabarani recorded it, and its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih; however, the narrator Ibrahim did not live in the time of Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him).
