Majma al-Zawaid 10721 — Accidental and deliberate killing
وَبِسَنَدِهِ عَنْ عَلِيٍّ وَابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ أَنَّ شِبْهَ الْعَمْدِ الْحَجَرُ وَالْعَصَا .
With the same chain it is reported from Sayyiduna Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) and Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Mas'ud (may Allah be pleased with him) (that both of them said): "Quasi-deliberate killing is that which is done with a stone or a staff."
