Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 1070

Sayyiduna Mu'adh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) commanded us to perform ablution with water that has not changed and turned green or yellow.
Imam al-Tabarani recorded this narration in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir; the narrator Khalid bin Ma'dan did not hear from Sayyiduna Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with him), and the narrator Baqiyyah bin al-Walid is a mudallis.
