بَابُ مَا جَاءَ فِي حَدِّ الْخَمْرِ

وَعَنْ جَرِيرٍ - يَعْنِي ابْنَ عَبْدِاللَّهِ - قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَنْ شَرِبَ الْخَمْرَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ، ثُمَّ إِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ، ثُمَّ إِنْ عَادَ فَاجْلِدُوهُ ، فَإِنْ عَادَ فِي الرَّابِعَةِ فَاقْتُلُوهُ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ ، وَفِيهِ دَاوُدُ بْنُ يَزِيدَ الْأَوْدِيُّ وَهُوَ ضَعِيفٌ .
Sayyiduna Jarir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever drinks wine, flog him; then if he does it again, flog him; if he does it yet again, flog him; then if he does it a fourth time, kill him."
Al-Tabarani recorded it; its chain contains Dawud bin Yazid al-Awdi, who is da'if (weak).
