وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " ثَلَاثَةٌ لَا تُقْبَلُ لَهُمْ شَهَادَةُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ : الرَّاكِبُ وَالْمَرْكُوبُ ، وَالرَّاكِبَةُ وَالْمَرْكُوبَةُ ، وَالْإِمَامُ الْجَائِرُ " . رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ ، وَفِيهِ عُمَرُ بْنُ رَاشِدٍ الْمَدَنِيُّ الْحَارِثِيُّ وَهُوَ كَذَّابٌ .
Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There are three kinds of people whose testimony that there is no god but Allah will not be accepted: (they are) the man who mounts and the one who is mounted, the woman who mounts and the woman who is mounted (that is, men or women who commit homosexual acts), and the unjust ruler."
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains Umar bin Rashid al-Madani al-Harithi, who is kadhdhab (a liar).
