Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: A woman came to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) and said that she had committed adultery, and the woman was pregnant. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Go, and first give birth to what you are carrying." Had she not returned, the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) would not have sent for her. Then the woman gave birth and came to him, and the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Go, until you have weaned your child." Then the woman came to him; had she not come to him, he would not have sent for her. She came to him after weaning the child, and he had her stoned.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat; its chain contains al-Harith bin Nabhan, who is matruk (abandoned).
