عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " قَتْلُ الرَّجُلِ صَبْرًا كَفَّارَةٌ لِمَا قَبْلَهُ مِنَ الذُّنُوبِ " . رَوَاهُ الْبَزَّارُ ، وَفِيهِ صَالِحُ بْنُ مُوسَى بْنِ طَلْحَةَ ، وَهُوَ مَتْرُوكٌ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A man's being killed while bound is an expiation for his previous sins."
Al-Bazzar recorded it. Its chain contains Salih bin Musa bin Talhah, who is matruk (abandoned).
