Book of Legal Punishments and Blood Money
بَابٌ فِي الْحَدِّ يَثْبُتُ عِنْدَ الْإِمَامِ فَيُشْفَعُ فِيهِ
A prescribed punishment established before the ruler, and then intercession is made for it

وَعَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - : " مَنْ حَالَتْ شَفَاعَتُهُ دُونَ حَدٍّ مِنْ حُدُودِ اللَّهِ فَقَدْ ضَادَّ اللَّهَ فِي مُلْكِهِ " . وَقَدْ تَقَدَّمَ فِي الْأَحْكَامِ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَفِيهِ رَجَاءُ بْنُ صُبْحٍ صَاحِبُ السَّقْطِ ، ضَعَّفَهُ ابْنُ مَعِينٍ وَغَيْرُهُ ، وَوَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ .
رَوَاهُ الطَّبَرَانِيُّ فِي الْأَوْسَطِ وَفِيهِ رَجَاءُ بْنُ صُبْحٍ صَاحِبُ السَّقْطِ ، ضَعَّفَهُ ابْنُ مَعِينٍ وَغَيْرُهُ ، وَوَثَّقَهُ ابْنُ حِبَّانَ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever's intercession stands in the way of one of the hadd punishments of Allah Almighty has opposed Allah Almighty in His dominion."
This narration has already passed in the chapter on rulings.
Al-Tabarani recorded it in al-Mu'jam al-Awsat. Its chain contains Raja' bin Subh, "the one with errors (sahib al-saqt)"; Yahya bin Ma'in and others declared him da'if (weak), and Ibn Hibban declared him thiqah (trustworthy).
