وَعَنْ عَائِشَةَ - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا - أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ - صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ - قَالَ : " ثَلَاثٌ أَحْلِفُ عَلَيْهِنَّ : لَا يَجْعَلُ اللَّهُ مَنْ لَهُ سَهْمٌ فِي الْإِسْلَامِ كَمَنْ لَا سَهْمَ لَهُ - وَأَسْهُمُ الْإِسْلَامِ ثَلَاثَةٌ : الصَّلَاةُ وَالصَّوْمُ وَالزَّكَاةُ - وَلَا يَتَوَلَّى اللَّهَ عَبْدٌ فِي الدُّنْيَا فَيُوَلِّيهِ غَيْرَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ ، وَلَا يُحِبُّ الرَّجُلُ قَوْمًا إِلَّا جَعَلَهُ اللَّهُ مَعَهُمْ ، وَالرَّابِعَةُ : لَوْ حَلَفْتُ عَلَيْهَا لَرَجَوْتُ أَنْ لَا آثَمَ : لَا يَسْتُرُ اللَّهُ عَبْدًا فِي الدُّنْيَا إِلَّا سَتَرَهُ اللَّهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ " .
رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ ، وَرَوَاهُ أَبُو يَعْلَى أَيْضًا .

Sayyidah Aishah Siddiqah (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates this saying of the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him): "There are three things on which I can swear an oath: Allah Almighty has not made the one who has a share in Islam like the one who has no share (in Islam), and the shares of Islam are three: prayer, fasting and zakah; (the second thing is:) the servant whom Allah Almighty befriends in this world, He will not hand over to anyone else on the Day of Resurrection; and (the third thing is:) when a man loves a people, Allah Almighty will place him with them. And if I were to swear an oath on a fourth thing, I hope that I would not be sinful, (and it is:) the servant whom Allah Almighty covers in this world, He will also cover on the Day of Resurrection."
