Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 10471

Sayyiduna Ubadah bin al-Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The house is a sanctuary (haram); whoever enters your sanctuary (without permission), kill him."
Ahmad and al-Tabarani recorded it. Its chain contains Muhammad bin Kathir al-Sulami, who is da'if (weak).
