A man from the tribe of Khath'am narrates: During the Battle of Tabuk we were with the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him). One night he stopped, and his Companions gathered around him. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Tonight Allah Almighty has given me the two treasures: the treasure of the Persians and the treasure of the Romans. And He has reinforced me with kings, the red kings of Himyar, and sovereignty belongs to Allah Almighty alone. They will come, take from the wealth of Allah, and fight in the way of Allah." He said this three times.
Ahmad recorded it. Its chain contains a narrator, Abu Hammam al-Sha'bani, whom I do not know. The rest of its narrators are the narrators of the Sahih.
