Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates: When Makkah was conquered for the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he said: "Hold back your weapons, except that the case of Khuza'ah regarding the Banu Bakr is different." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) gave them permission until, when he had offered the Asr prayer, he said: "Hold back your weapons." The next day a man from the tribe of Khuza'ah met a man from the Banu Bakr at Muzdalifah and killed him. When news of this reached the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), he stood up to deliver a sermon. The narrator says: I saw him with his back leaning against the Ka'bah. He said: "The most transgressing of people before Allah Almighty is the one who kills someone in the Haram, or kills someone other than his own killer, or kills someone on the basis of the blood feuds of the Days of Ignorance." Then a man stood up before him and said: "So-and-so is my son." The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no standing for such a claim in Islam; the affairs of the Days of Ignorance are gone. The child belongs to the owner of the bed, and for the fornicator is the athlab." The people asked: "What is meant by athlab?" He said: "The stone" (or deprivation). The narrator states: The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) also said: "No prayer is to be offered after the Fajr prayer until the sun rises, and no prayer is to be offered after the Asr prayer until the sun sets." He also said: "A woman is not to be married in addition to her paternal aunt or her maternal aunt." (Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: in the Sahih, the part of this report prohibiting prayer after the Fajr prayer is mentioned, and part of this report is also mentioned in the Sunan.
Ahmad recorded it, and its narrators are thiqat (trustworthy).
