وَعَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ قَالَ : كَانَ الْفَتْحُ فِي ثَلَاثَ عَشْرَةَ خَلَتْ مِنْ رَمَضَانَ . رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ ، وَرِجَالُهُ ثِقَاتٌ .
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates: The Conquest of Makkah took place on the thirteenth of Ramadan.
