Majma al-Zawaid — Hadith 10123

قُلْتُ : وَقَدْ سَمَّى ابْنُ شِهَابٍ جَمَاعَةً اسْتُشْهِدُوا يَوْمَ أُحُدٍ بِإِسْنَادٍ وَاحِدٍ ، تَقَدَّمَ كَثِيرٌ مِنْهُمْ فِيمَنْ شَهِدَ بَدْرًا ، وَأَذْكُرُ مَنْ بَقِيَ ، وَرِجَالُهُ إِلَى ابْنِ شِهَابٍ رِجَالُ الصَّحِيحِ .
1 - فَمِنْهُمْ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ ثُمَّ مِنْ بَنِي الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْخَزْرَجِ : أَوْسُ بْنُ الْأَرْقَمِ .
2 - وَمِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ ، ثُمَّ مِنْ بَنِي زُرَيْقٍ : أُنَيْسُ بْنُ قَتَادَةَ .
3 - وَمِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ ، ثُمَّ مِنْ بَنِي النَّبِيتِ : إِيَاسُ بْنُ أَوْسٍ .
4 - وَمِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ ، ثُمَّ مِنْ بَنِي سَاعِدَةَ : ثَعْلَبَةُ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ .
5 - وَمِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ ثُمَّ مِنْ بَنِي زُرَيْقٍ : حَنْظَلَةُ بْنُ أَبِي عَامِرٍ ، وَهُوَ الَّذِي غَسَّلَتْهُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ .
6 - وَمِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ ثُمَّ مِنْ بَنِي النَّبِيتِ : الْحَارِثُ بْنُ أَوْسِ بْنِ رَافِعٍ .
7 - وَمِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ ثُمَّ مِنْ بَنِي زُرَيْقٍ : ذَكْوَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ قَيْسٍ .
8 - وَمِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ ثُمَّ مِنْ بَنِي سَوَّادٍ : رِفَاعَةُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو .
9 - وَمِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ ثُمَّ مِنْ بَنِي الْحَارِثِ : سَعْدُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ .
10 - وَمِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ ثُمَّ مِنْ بَنِي الْحَارِثِ بْنِ الْخَزْرَجِ : سَعْدُ بْنُ سُوِيدٍ .
11 - وَمِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ ثُمَّ مِنْ بَنِي سَوَّادٍ : سَعْدُ بْنُ قَيْسِ بْنِ أَبِي كَعْبِ بْنِ الْقَيْنِ .
12 - وَمِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ ثُمَّ مِنْ بَنِي سَلَمَةَ : عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَرَامٍ .
(Allamah al-Haythami says:) I say: Ibn Shihab has mentioned the names of a number of people who drank the cup of martyrdom at the Battle of Uhud; he transmitted them with a single chain. Many of their names have already passed among those who took part in the Battle of Badr; I will mention those who remain. The narrators up to Ibn Shihab are the narrators of the Sahih.
1. Among them is Sayyiduna Aws bin al-Arqam (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Ansar clan of Banu al-Harith bin al-Khazraj.
2. Sayyiduna Unays bin Qatadah (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Ansar clan of Banu Zurayq.
3. Sayyiduna Iyas bin Aws (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Ansar clan of Banu al-Nabit.
4. Sayyiduna Tha'labah bin Sa'id bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Ansar clan of Banu Sa'idah.
5. Sayyiduna Hanzalah bin Abi Amir (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Ansar clan of Banu Zurayq; he is the one whom the angels washed.
6. Sayyiduna al-Harith bin Aws bin Rafi', from the Ansar clan of Banu al-Nabit.
7. Sayyiduna Dhakwan bin Abd Qays (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Ansar clan of Banu Zurayq.
8. Sayyiduna Rifa'ah bin Amr (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Ansar clan of Banu Sawwad.
9. Sayyiduna Sa'd bin al-Rabi' (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Ansar clan of Banu al-Harith.
10. Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Suwayd (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Ansar clan of Banu al-Harith bin al-Khazraj.
11. Sayyiduna Sa'd bin Qays bin Abi Ka'b bin al-Qayn (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Ansar clan of Banu Sawwad.
12. Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Amr bin Haram (may Allah be pleased with him), from the Ansar clan of Banu Salimah.
