Virtue of Sūrah Yā-Sīn
The virtue of Sūrah Yā-Sīn is not authentically established from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ.
All narrations concerning its specific excellence are weak (ḍa‘īf).
❖ Report from Sayyidunā ʿAbdullāh bin ʿAbbās رضي الله عنهما
Arabic Text:
من قرأ يس حين يصبح، أعطي يسر يومه حتى يمسي، ومن قرأها فى صدر ليله، أعطي يسر ليليه حتى يصبح.
📚 Sunan al-Dārimī: 3482 — Its chain is ḥasan.
Translation:
Whoever recites Sūrah Yā-Sīn in the morning will have ease throughout his day until evening,
and whoever recites it at the beginning of the night will have ease throughout his night until morning.
