Is It Permissible for a Doctor to Physically Examine a Non-Mahram Woman?​

Does Islam allow a doctor or physician to check the pulse of a non-mahram woman by holding her arm? Or to examine, with his own eyes (not through medical equipment), her eyes, throat, nose, ears, wrist, or other body parts?
