سُوْرَةُ الْبَلَدِ
Surah Al-Balad (90) — Ayah 4
لَقَدْ خَلَقْنَا ٱلْإِنسَـٰنَ فِى كَبَدٍ ﴿4﴾

Verily, We have created man in toil.
