Endowing Property Exclusively for Sons, Excluding Daughters
In our view, the endowment should be made for the needy among the children, whether they are sons or daughters. This provision can continue across generations, but those whom Allah has made wealthy should not share in it with the poor. If this endowment eventually ceases to have any deserving recipients, its income should then be spent on charitable deeds like helping the poor or constructing mosques and other acts of goodness.
