Does Satan come to mislead a person even in the grave?

Yes,
It is narrated from Saeed bin Musayyib, may Allah have mercy on him, that I was at a funeral with Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both. When Ibn Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, placed the deceased in the grave, he said:
باسم الله، وفي سبيل الله، وعلى ملة رسول الله، فلما أخذ فى تسوية اللبن على اللحد، قال: اللهم أجرها من الشيطان، ومن عذاب القبر، اللهم جاف الأرض عن جنبيها، وصعد روحها ولقها من رضوانا
“In the name of Allah, in the way of Allah, and according to the method of the Noble Messenger, peace be upon him (I am placing him in the grave).” Then, when they began to level the (unbaked) bricks over the grave, he said: O Allah! Protect him from Satan and the torment of the grave. O Allah! Expand the earth for him on both sides. Raise his soul to the highest place (Al-A’la) and grant him Your pleasure.” I (Saeed bin Musayyib) said: Did you hear this from the Messenger of Allah, or did you say it on your own? He said: Could I say such words (on my own)? But I heard these words from the Noble Messenger, peace be upon him.
