312. What is the treatment for whispers (waswas)?
Answer:
Say Takbeer, that is, “Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar, Allahu Akbar,” because it weakens Satan.
Recite “A’udhu billahi min ash-shaytan ir-rajim” frequently every day.
Remember Allah abundantly, perform prostrations (sujood) frequently for Allah, because Satan flees from prostration. Recite Istighfar abundantly, write everything down, because writing prevents forgetting and this is the best treatment for whispers.

314. What is the brief and strong cure for magic from the Holy Quran?
Answer:
Frequent recitation of Surah Al-Baqarah and Surah Aal Imran. It is narrated from Abu Salam, who narrates from Abu Umamah رضي الله عنه, who said that he heard the Messenger of Allah صلى الله عليه وسلم say:
«Recite the Quran, for indeed it will be an intercessor for its people on the Day of Resurrection. Recite the two luminous ones (Surah Al-Baqarah and Surah Aal Imran), for indeed they will come on the Day of Resurrection like two clouds or two umbrellas or two flocks of birds with spread wings, arguing on behalf of their people on the Day of Resurrection. Then he said: Recite Surah Al-Baqarah, for indeed taking it is a blessing and leaving it is a regret, and magicians cannot overcome it.» [Sahih Muslim, Hadith number 314]
315. I hear strange noises in my house, what is the solution?
Answer:
➊ Say Salam when entering your house (even if no one is there).
➋ Say Bismillah before eating, drinking, and starting intimacy.
➌ Remove dogs and pictures from the house, and regularly recite Surah Al-Baqarah.
➍ Recite Surah Al-Ikhlas, Al-Falaq, and An-Nas over water and sprinkle it in the house.
➎ Say Bismillah and Salam when entering the house.
➏ If you do this consistently, it is possible that you may personally face some difficulty, feel touch or whisperings from Shaytan, but do not be afraid; rather, continue the practice.
➐ When entering the house, say: “I swear to you by the covenant that Sulaiman bin Dawood (peace be upon them) took from you that you will not attack us.” Say this three times.

316. What is the story of Rashdi’s building in Alexandria?
Answer:
The story of Rashdi’s building is that some evil people (who were devils) came to the owner of the building and said: If you want Allah to bless you abundantly and open the doors of sustenance for you from this building, then place Qurans (Mushafs) under the foundation and lay the foundation upon these Mushafs. Then, it is very regrettable that the building was constructed on top of the Mushafs, but the Muslims who prevent everyone from entering this building do so because the Word of Allah, Glory be to Him, is buried beneath it, and those who protect it out of honor for the name of Allah stop others.
317. I have epilepsy, and whenever I go to doctors, they tell me: You have nothing. (Please tell me) What should I do?
Answer:
There are two types of fainting and falling:
➊ This is due to excess blood in the brain, and doctors treat this.
➋ It is due to impure spirits of jinn, and its treatment is mentioned by Qastallani in his book Al-Mawahib al-Ladunniyyah bil-Manah al-Muhammadiyyah as follows:
* Recite Surah Az-Zalzalah frequently.
* Perform the Adhan in the ear of the epileptic person until recovery.
* Recite: «أَفَحَسِبْتُمْ أَنَّمَا خَلَقْنَاكُمْ عَبَثًا وَأَنَّكُمْ إِلَيْنَا لَا تُرْجَعُونَ ﴿١١٥﴾»
* Recite Surah Al-Baqarah once every three days.——————

319. Is it possible for Jinn to enter a person’s body while yawning?
Answer:
According to the saying of the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ, if one does not place their hand over their mouth while yawning, Satan enters. Some have interpreted this metaphorically, but it is also possible that the entry of Jinn into the human body is both literal and metaphorical, because Satan moves within the children of Adam like blood flows. However, as long as a person remains in the remembrance of Allah, Satan cannot overpower them. The one yawning is not in the state of remembering Allah, so Satan’s entry into their mouth can be literal. It is also possible that “entry” means “domination,” because it is a known characteristic of one who enters something that they dominate it. [Fath al-Bari 612/10]
Imam Nawawi (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
The Prophet Muhammad ﷺ commanded to stop yawning, control it, and place the hand over the mouth so that Satan does not achieve his goal, which is to distort the human form, enter the mouth, and laugh at the person. [Fath al-Bari 612/10]
Imam Bukhari narrated in “Al-Tarikh” from Yazid bin Al-Asamm a Mursal narration:
“The Prophet ﷺ never yawned.” [Fath al-Bari 613/10]

320. Does Satan come to the son of Adam at the time of death?
Answer:
It is narrated from Abu Al-Yasar, may Allah be pleased with him, that the Messenger of Allah used to supplicate:
«اللهم إني أعوذ بك من الهرم وأعوذ بك من التردي، وأعوذ بك من الغرق والحرق والهرم، وأعوذ أن يتخبطني الشيطان عند الموت، وأعوذ بك أن أموت في سبيلك مدبرا، وأعوذ بك أن أموت لديغا»
“O Allah! I seek refuge in You from old age, and I seek refuge in You from falling, and I seek refuge in You from drowning, burning, and weakness, and I seek refuge from Satan striking me at the time of death, and I seek refuge in You from dying while turning my back on Your path, and I seek refuge in You from dying from a sting or bite.”
[Sunān Abī Dāwūd, Hadith number 1552; Sunan al-Nasā’ī 677/8; Al-Mustadrak al-Hākim 531/1]
Al-Albani has declared it authentic.
