❀ Will the Jinn Also Testify for the Mu’adhdhin?
Answer:
Yes, they will.
It is narrated from Abū Saʿīd al-Khudrī (raḍiyallāhu ʿanhu) that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ said:
“إِنَّهُ لَا يَسْمَعُ مَدَى صَوْتِ الْمُؤَذِّنِ جِنٌّ وَلَا إِنْسٌ وَلَا شَيْءٌ إِلَّا شَهِدَ لَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ”
[Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī, Ḥadīth No. 609]
“No jinn, human, or anything else hears the voice of the Mu’adhdhin except that it will testify for him on the Day of Resurrection.”
