The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) circumcised Al-Hasan and Al-Husayn on the seventh day.
Verification:
All these narrations are weak because the first, second, and fourth narrations include Zuhair bin Muhammad in their chains. When a Syrian narrates from Zuhair, the narration becomes weak.

Reference: Tahqiq al-Kamal No. 2017

In all three chains, Walid bin Muslim narrates from Zuhair, and he is Syrian. In the third chain, the chain before Zuhair is unknown.

◈ عن أبى الدرداء قال: قال رسول الله: تدعون يوم القيامة بأسمائكم وأسماء آبائكم فأحسنوا أسماءكم

Our master Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “On the Day of Resurrection, you will be called by your names and your fathers’ names, so keep your names good.”

Reference: Abu Dawood: 4948

Verification:
The chain of this narration is weak.
Because it is narrated from Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him) by Abdullah bin Abi Zakariya, and the hearing (sama’) between them is not established, meaning Abdullah bin Abi Zakariya did not hear from Abu Darda (may Allah be pleased with him).

Reference: Abu Dawood, Kitab al-Adab, Bab fi Taghyir al-Asma’, Tahqiq al-Kamal No. 3292, Tahqiq al-Tahdheer No. 3412

Therefore, this narration is disconnected (munqati’) and disconnected narrations are among the weak types.
Benefit:
However, it is established from authentic hadiths that on the Day of Resurrection, people will be called by their fathers’ names, as mentioned earlier. It is also established from hadiths that good names should be chosen.

◈ عن ابن عباس قال: قال رسول الله ما: إن الله تعالي يدعو الناس بأمهاتكم سرا منه على عباده

Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “On the Day of Resurrection, Allah will veil His servants and call people by their mothers’ names.”

Secondly: It includes Ibn Jurayj, who is a muddler (mudallis) and did not specify hearing.
◈ There is a narration from Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) commanded us that when one of your brothers dies, then level the soil over his grave and stand at the head of his grave and say: O so-and-so son of so-and-so!… etc.
Verification:
This narration is weak.
Firstly: It includes Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al-Ajmi, who is a weak narrator.

Reference: Abu Dawood: 4957, Ibn Majah: 3731

Verification:
The chain of this narration is weak. It includes Mujalid bin Saeed, who is a weak narrator.

Reference: Taqrir al-Raqm: 6478; Mizan al-I’tidal Vol. 2 p. 23; Al-Jarh wa al-Ta’dil Vol. 8 p. 413; Al-Mughni fi al-Du’afa’ No. 5184; Diwan al-Du’afa’ No. 3546

② It includes a narrator named Amir bin Salih bin Rustam, who is weak.

③ This narration is mursal (disconnected) and mursal is among the weak types.
Benefit: This narration has also been reported from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both) and Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him). It is to give charity to your own daughter who has been returned to you (i.e., her husband divorced her or died) and there is no one else to earn for her except you.”

Reference: Sunan Ibn Majah: 3667

Verification:
The chain of this narration is weak.
Because this narration from Suraqah bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) is narrated by Ali bin Rabi’, and Ali bin Rabi’s hearing from Suraqah is not established. Therefore, the narration is disconnected. As stated by Al-Busiri and others. And disconnected narration is among the weak types.

Verification:
The chain of this narration is weak.

Reference: Al-Tarikh al-Kabir by Al-Bukhari Vol. 3 p. 407

This narration has two defects.
① Sa’id bin Abdul Rahman Al-A’shi is an unknown narrator. Except for Ibn Hibban, no one declared him trustworthy.
② There is a discontinuity because Sa’id bin Abdul Rahman Al-A’shi is mentioned by Hafiz Ibn Hajar

Reference: (Taqrir al-Raqm: 2354)

in the sixth tier, and narrators of the sixth tier did not meet any companion (according to the introduction of Taqrir), meaning he is not a Tabi’i. Similarly, Ibn Hibban also mentioned this narrator among the followers of the followers (Tabi’ al-Tabi’in). So the conclusion is that he is a Tabi’ al-Tabi’i and narrates from a companion.

◈ عن أبى سعيد الخدري قال: لا يكون لأحدكم ثلاث بنات أو ثلاث أخوات فيحسن إليهن إلا دخل الجنة

Narrated from Abu Sa’id Al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “Whoever has three daughters or three sisters and treats them kindly, he will enter Paradise.”

And whoever treats an orphan boy or girl well, I and he will be in Paradise like these two fingers,” and the Prophet (peace be upon him) joined his two fingers, meaning just as these two fingers are together, so will I and the one who treats the orphan well be together in Paradise.”

If he does not marry him after puberty and he commits sin, the sin will be upon his father.”

Reference: Shu’ab al-Iman by Bayhaqi: 8666

Verification:
Its chain is weak and has two defects.
① Muhammad bin Abdullah Al-Askari in the chain is an unknown narrator.
② Sa’id Al-Jurairi was confused. This narration is narrated from him by Shaddad, and it is unknown whether he narrated it before or after the confusion.
