Hadith 345
عَنْ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لا يَزَالُ النَّاسُ بِخَيْرٍ مَا عَجَّلُوا الْفِطْرَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sahl bin Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Goodness will remain among the people as long as they hasten in breaking the fast.”
Hadith 346
عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حَرْمَلَةَ الأَسْلَمِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " لا يَزَالُ النَّاسُ بِخَيْرٍ مَا عَجَّلُوا الْفِطْرَ وَلَمْ يُؤَخِّرُوا تَأْخِيرَ أَهْلِ الْمَشْرِقِ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Sa'id bin al-Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "People will remain upon goodness as long as they hasten in breaking the fast and do not delay like the people of the East."
Hadith 347
أَنْبَأَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ عُمَرَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : " إِذَا أَدْبَرَ النَّهَارُ وَأَقْبَلَ اللَّيْلُ وَغَرَبَتِ الشَّمْسُ فَقَدْ أَفْطَرَ الصَّائِمُ " .
Asim bin Umar (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates from his father, Sayyiduna Umar (may Allah be pleased with him), that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "When the day departs, the night arrives, and the sun sets, then the fasting person should break his fast."
