Hadith 175
أَنْبَأَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " أُعْطِيتُ خَمْسًا لَمْ يُعْطَهُنَّ أَحَدٌ قَبْلِي جُعِلَتْ لِي الأَرْضُ مَسْجِدًا ، وَطَهُورًا وَنُصِرْتُ بِالرُّعْبِ وَأُحِلَّتْ لِيَ الْغَنَائِمُ وَأُرْسِلْتُ إِلَى الأَحْمَرِ ، وَالأَبْيَضِ ، وَأُعْطِيتُ الشَّفَاعَةَ " . حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ الْمُزَنِيَّ يَقُولُ : قَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ : ثُمَّ جَلَسْتُ إِلَى سُفْيَانَ فَذَكَرَ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ فَقَالَ : الزُّهْرِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ ، أَوْ ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ثُمَّ ذَكَرَهُ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “I have been given five things which were not given to any prophet before me: the entire earth has been made a mosque and a means of purification for me; I have been helped by instilling fear into the enemy; spoils of war have been made lawful for me; I have been sent to both the red and the white (i.e., all mankind); and I have been granted intercession.”
Hadith 176
أَنْبَأَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ يَحْيَى ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِيِّ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " الأَرْضُ كُلُّهَا مَسْجِدٌ إِلا الْحَمَّامَ وَالْمَقْبَرَةَ " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Sa'id Al-Khudri (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The whole earth is a place for prayer except for the bathhouse and the graveyard."
Hadith 177
أَنْبَأَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَجْلانَ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، أَوْ عَنْ سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ : " خَيْرُ صُفُوفِ الرِّجَالِ أَوَّلُهَا وَشَرُّهَا آخِرُهَا وَخَيْرُ صُوفِ النِّسَاءِ آخِرُهَا وَشَرُّهَا أَوَّلُهَا " .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The best rows for men are the first ones and the worst are the last ones, (whereas) the best rows for women are the last ones and the worst are the first ones."
