Hadith 561

أَنْبَأَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ صُهَيْبٍ ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، قَالَ : " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يُضَحِّي بِكَبْشَيْنِ " . قَالَ أَنَسٌ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ : وَأَنَا أُضَحِّي بِكَبْشَيْنِ .
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) used to offer the sacrifice of two rams. Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said: (For this reason) I also offer the sacrifice of two rams.
